A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with master’s units in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, Norman brings three decades of corporate experience, including 10 years in executive management. He has attended executive development courses at prestigious institutions such as the Asian Institute of Management, Asian Productivity Organization, Center for Creative Leadership, Columbia University, and Michigan State University.
Norman is a USAID and World Bank-IFC accredited consultant, providing his expertise to various Philippine government agencies. His leadership roles include serving as the President & Executive Director of the Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines and being a Go Negosyo Mentor. He is a founding trustee and VP for Value Chain of the Asia Council for Small Business PH Chapter and a former trustee of the Philippine Advocates for Trainers and Consultants.
