He has attended executive development courses at prestigious institutions such as the Asian Institute of Management, Asian Productivity Organization, Center for Creative Leadership, Columbia University, and Michigan State University.
Norman is a USAID and World Bank-IFC accredited consultant, providing his expertise to various Philippine government agencies. His leadership roles include serving as the President & Executive Director of the Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines and being a Go Negosyo Mentor. He is a founding trustee and VP for Value Chain of the Asia Council for Small Business PH Chapter and a former trustee of the Philippine Advocates for Trainers and Consultants.
