Mariel currently serves as the Director for Distribution Training at Manulife Philippines. Since 2017, she has partnered with leaders at various levels to drive the growth, development, and expansion of their teams and businesses. She is the first and only Head of Agency Training in the Life Insurance industry in the Philippines to hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) global designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), along with a Certification in Applied Neuroscience.
Mariel’s leadership is characterized by clear mission and vision, innovative strategies, and structured systems that have enabled her team to achieve significant breakthroughs, even during the challenging pandemic years of 2020-2021. She has fostered a culture of intentional learning, ownership, agility, and collaboration within and across business units.
