Widely known as Jman, is a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Cost Accountant – Australia with a Master in Business Administration. With over a decade of extensive experience in auditing, accounting, financial management, and financial statement analysis, Jman has established himself as a seasoned expert in his field. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School of Business (AGSB) and Regis University, and has furthered his education with specialized programs at Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Universidad La Salle – Mexico City. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ateneo de Naga University.
Jman is the Managing Partner, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Executive Director of Lopo, Asuzano, Ortega and Co. CPA, Strived Executive Asia, Strived Consultancy Group, and Strived Accounting Services & Advanced Review Solution CPA Review Center. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Best Choice Packaging Inc., a leading supplier of disposable items in the Philippines.
He is also the Co-Founder and CFO of FASTAX Accounting Solutions Inc., and has held notable positions such as Comptroller and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager/Country Finance Lead of JA Farms Asia Pacific Inc. and Santa Fe Moving and Relocation Services, respectively. With 13 years of experience in the food and beverage industry as a Senior Finance Analyst at San Miguel Brewery Inc. and San Miguel Purefoods Inc., Jman has a wealth of experience to draw from. He has also worked as an Internal Auditor at Allied Banking Corporation and is a Book Reviewer for University Press of First Asia and Diwa Publishing.
In addition to his corporate roles, Jman is the CPA Review and Refresher Director at the Philippine School of Business Administration – Manila (PSBA) and a part-time accounting professor at several prestigious institutions, including Ateneo de Manila University – John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM), Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB), De La Salle University-Manila (DLSU), University of Asia and Pacific (UA&P), San Beda University Manila, and PSBA.
Jman’s professional affiliations include membership in the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His certifications include being a Certified Management Accountant and Registered Cost Accountant by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants Australia, and a Certified Public Accountant by the Professional Regulation Commission.
