Vivian has also served as the Asia Strategic Business Unit HR Business Partner at AES Transpower Private, Ltd. – Philippines ROHQ from 2013 to 2016, Executive HR Manager at AES Philippines from 2011 to 2013, HR Manager at Coats Manila Bay, Inc. in 2010, Assistant Vice President for HR at the Product Supply Management Group from 2009 to 2010, Manufacturing HR Head at Philippine Batteries, Inc. from 2006 to 2010, and Plant HR Manager at James Hardie Philippines, Inc. from 2005 to 2006.
