His extensive corporate experience includes his current roles as Industrial Relations and Business Development Consultant for Sumifru Philippines Corporation and Community Relations Officer for the Province of Davao de Oro. He previously served as a Trainer, Mentor, and Coach at RT Garcia Training Services from 2010 to 2016.
In his professional affiliations, Ruell is an active Mentor and Coach for DTI-Go Negosyo KMME and a member of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners. His certifications include being a Certified KMME Mentor and Coach by the Department of Trade and Industry and Go Negosyo, and a Licensed Environmental Planner by the Professional Regulation Commission.
