With over two decades of experience in corporate innovation and training, and over a decade in startup creation, coaching, and mentoring, Coach Carlo P. Valencia stands as a prominent figure in the entrepreneurial and training landscapes. He has collaborated with national government agencies, large enterprises, and startup founders, playing a pivotal role in fostering innovation and growth.
Carlo is a vocal advocate of the grassroots community, Startup PH, and the founder of Startup PH Training. He actively speaks, teaches, and supports local and nationwide incubator programs sponsored by DTI, DOST, and DICT. His teaching philosophy is action-driven, embracing a “Begin by Understanding” and “Fail Fast, Often, and Forward” mindset. He prioritizes mindfulness, gratitude, and building trust through transparency.
His corporate experience is extensive and diverse. He currently serves as a Startup Mentor for Seasonal, QBO Innovation Hub, and Levels Ventures, and as an Innovation Consultant for Phoenix One Knowledge Solutions. Additionally, he is a College Instructor at SoFA Design Institute. Previously, he was a Senior Innovation Training Consultant for Limitless Lab in 2023 and a Part-time Instructor for CIIT College of Arts and Technology, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. He founded and led Klaseko Web Enrollments as CEO from 2014 to 2016 and worked as a Training Coordinator at HSBC from 2007 to 2013.
