Art Sibal is a highly experienced Training Consultant and Coach with a career spanning over two decades, having served more than 200 private, government, and non-government organizations. Since 1996, he has been active in designing and delivering in-house, public, and virtual training sessions on various capability development programs. As a consultant and member of ‘The Philippine Advocates for Consulting and Training (PACT)’, Art is committed to his personal mission: “To encourage and help people learn and develop in the best possible way, so that they can become better stewards in serving others and in glorifying God.” Art is married to Alice and is a father to a young lady, Jarys.
Art’s corporate experience includes roles such as Southeast Asia Representative for the Mustard Seed Foundation (2008-2012), Program Leader and Practice Manager for the Manila Execon Group and Kepner Tregoe Philippines (1996-2002), Training Consultant for the Aboitiz Group of Companies (2013-2017), Training Director at Largen Med, Inc. (2004-2007), and Sales Territory Manager at Pascual Laboratories, Inc. (1986-1991).
His professional affiliations demonstrate his dedication to continuous learning and community involvement. He is a current member of Living Waters Philippines and the Philippine Advocates for Consultants and Trainers, Inc. He has also served as Director of Punlad Buhay Multipurpose Cooperative (2008-2022) and Board Chairman of the Alliance Gospel Church (2009-2018).
Art holds certifications from renowned institutions, including Leadership Development Institute by Kepner Tregoe Philippines of the Manila Execon Group and as a Certified Trainer by Achieve Global, Inc. of the Manila Execon Group.
