Eric is also a certified coach, mentor, MBTI practitioner, DDI facilitator, and LEGO Serious Play enthusiast.
As an advocate for People Analytics and Engagement, Eric has delivered keynote speeches at numerous events in Asia and Europe. His pioneering work in the Shared Services industry led to his appointment as the 2018 chair of the GICC HR Committee and the IBPAP Capability Building Committee.
