Mr. Florendo’s mastery in HR was honed through hands-on experience, rising from a recruitment clerk to the Country HR Manager of one of the world’s largest software companies, SAP Philippines, Inc. His extensive experience and successful career led him to freelance consulting and eventually to establish his own management consultancy group, specializing in the challenging field of information technology.

Currently, Mr. Florendo is the President and CEO of HR Network, Inc., Polyserve Philippines, Inc., and Teqnology Experts Solutions Corporation. His previous roles include Country Human Resources Manager at SAP Philippines, Inc. (1997-1999), Human Resources and Administration Manager at Strategic Solutions Integrators, Inc. (1995-1996), Personnel Officer at Anito Motel Group (1993-1994), and Human Resources and Development Manager at Kalinisan Laundry Group (1994-1995).

Mr. Florendo is also actively involved in professional affiliations. He serves as a Board of Directors Member and Public Relations Officer of the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) and as Vice President for Membership at the Asia Center for Small Businesses.
